The dynamic range of movement is amazing. the hoops are going through all different planes, in front, behind, side, on body, on your foot, in the air... just about everywhere.

Definitely see the flow coming in there too. I've been doing a lot of different exercises with double minis lately and need to post a compilation, but you definitely have an intensive Brain Gym routine there.

Oh and those windmill sustained spins were pretty wild, and what a cute kitten!
