He was very calm...didn't raise his voice once....when they told him that he wasn't allowed to sit in the first class section of the train. he even bought a first class ticket....and he simply told them that he had a ticket.... and they grabbed him and threw him in one of the cars of a train in the back, when he had a first class ticket....you should do more reading i think
