Confirmation email, doesn't send once users register.. there fore there account wont activate.. to me this seems like a script error or something.. how can this be corrected.

hey buddy! i installed buddypress on my site, but for some reason, the email is not working. i am talking about, the email that new users are supposed to receive, so they can activate the new account when they suscribe to my blog. any advise? how can i set it up or get it to work? as long as this is not working, nobody can suscribe to mi site. thanks in advance.

have you heard of osx86 or hackintosh? and why custom build a computer and put mac on it if macs have enough power allready, there are rumors next mac pro will upgrade from max 32gb ram to 128gb ram

Exactly, you can't install it normally on a custom build unless you do it illegally(and there will always be bugs). That shouldn't be.

Also, 128gb will not make the mac pro any more powerful than one with 10gb, unless your running like 100+ heavy programs. That is just a way Apple milks money from their customers.

Oh, and by the way, what makes you think windows is crappy?

windows is crappy because it has viruses, it is gltchy, and it is easy to mess up. btw this video was called how to make a social network, not is mac or windows better

Macs are just as vulnerable to viruses as windows. Viruses are constantly being created, to infiltrate all kinds of devices/OS's, even iPods. Don't think your 'next-generation' OS is any safer than a classic and reliable one.

Oh, and its 'glitchy and easy to mess up'? Your talking through your ass. What do you mean by 'glitchy', and what do you mean by 'easy to mess up'?

windows has bsod, mac does not have bsod, windows has over 21mil viruses, mac has about 300 viruses. I didn't say macs NEVER get viruses but the number of mac viruses can not be compared to pc. and you can only get virus on jailbroken iPod with stuff like openssh enabled without a secure password.
