Sorry, but I don't think that's a rare penguin. I have all those pins, including older ones. I have all the items that penguin is wearing, bandana, glasses, background, all of it. If we met on Club Penguin I would find it extremely easy to clone you. It could be classed as a rare penguin for it being 3 years old, same as my penguin, but it's not THE rarest ever.
