  • Two of my fav female-singers, wow! Love Kate &Stevie (sobs). Great work!

  • what a wonderful find! Wonderful duet!

  • I've seen Stevie live, never Kate unfortunately - but I have to say, I agree with the person who said Stevie's voice was in the way.

    coraclewoman

  • THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

They are my all time favorite female artists,

This will be so special to me always.

  • Keep practising, are you using Ableton Live?

  • Wow! Amazing job!

  • @BNL07604 Thanks!

  • F*****G Flawless!! Love it!

  • Compliments to all the individual artists who contributed across time and digitals.

  • man u have put two of the sexiest women together

  • I love both of their voices for their uniqueness, and although they are dissimilar in their styles, contrast is powerful and tension is evocative! Even if you don't like it at least you feel something about it. Very very well done here! Kudos.

  • Although I agree that there is a incongruity with the singers styles. I think what you have created here is really cool and interesting. Although Stevie isn't as hands on as Kate in the studio don't be mislead Nicks knows a lot about music production and is every inch the "auteur" that Kate is.

  • You've done a great job. Love it!!!

I don't know either of these songs even though I'm a huge fan of these artists.

I've been in a cave for a while...

  • @MsNiceneasy1 Anyone who says that "kate bush sucks" is just yelling to the world that they don't know what they're talking about.

  • I love both of them, thanks for the song! p.s. I consider this two artists different but equally gifted and talented.....

  • Very very nice mashup! They are two of my favorites also, and blend perfectly together. Love it!

  • sounds horrible...sorry...:(

  • Great song !!!!!

  • Brilliant !

  • Very cool.

  • Secret Love. How come this hasn't been in the charts, it's bloomin' brilliant.

kate does so much behind the scenes, unfortunately that's where it stays. Why?

  • pretty good concept. good job on this.

  • This is fabulous...I love both of these ladies, and Stevie and Kate are not as far apart on the musical spectrum as one might think. I would only make some minor changes. Someone should contact Stevie..get her away from Rod fucking Stewart!

  • Stevie, Kate, Stevie, Kate, look, I've got to say it as it is, You both cant keep fighting over me, oh well you can if you want, I cant help being a totty magnet so I understand you both

  • Was disappointed with Stevie's new track- this really lifts it to where it should be... :)

  • THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF, CONTACT KATES AGENT!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nie surprise, figured it would be swilly, but this actualy sounds pretty bangup nice. I too aodore both of these goddesses so this was quite chrming.

  • Progressive pop is NOT dead! Hooray! It takes more than a big ass, two false tits, a creepy boyfriend and auto-tune to have success! Hooray!

  • Ring up Laura Nyro too (I know she's dead, but...)

  • sorry, not to diminish Stevie's work as a vocalist, but I just can't listen to this without wishing Stevie's voice was not in the way. Just two very different styles and categories of work. I don't recall Stevie ever having done anything herself in the studio, Lindsey Buckingham was the guy in the studio with the Fairlight computer, and so was Kate always experimenting and breaking sonic ground. Nice try... just doesn't work for me.

  • @asarapi I totally respect that opinion and even agree with the studio comparison, but as Kate Bush has recently said (about "Director's Cut"), "the originals are still there, aren't they?" :)

  • @asarapi sorcerer.

  • first, I don't think her voice is in the way. I was pretty surprised this worked at all let alone as well as it did.

second, this isn't a contest on all levels! so no need to talk about dance background either! It's a mash-up of two songs. Stevie was never a real producer in the sense that she could make it her career. unlike Kate, she comes from a rock and roll/country background. Stevie is a more experienced live performer and collaborator.

  • I've often dreamt of a musical ménage à trois between Kate, Stevie and Natalie Merchant.

Natalie would be the lyricist, Kate would write the song, then Stevie could perform it. I would die a very happy man indeed!.

  • the voice of stevie is....

    a loss for kate's work

  • Love Kate. Stevie....eh. Her voice is just so...nasally (hold your nose and sing and you can sound like her).

    Love you Kate.

Stevie: fade into the sunset already, huh?

  • Is that the wind from the desert song? You jump into the mirror♥♥♥

Turn to the blue crystal mirror, as always it is truthful♥♥♥

You stand in front of a million doors, and each one holds a million more♥♥♥

Ooh run for your life said the Mad Hatter

Alright said Alice I'm going back to the other side of the mirror

This is me talking to You♥♥♥

    and you're invisible♥♥♥

  • This is damn good!

  • I always thought Stevie and Kate could do a great song together.

  • Stevie and Kate, what a great combo!

  • i never give many good comments on youtube i think sometimes good words are over used but this is amazing

  • @hindolian Wow...thanks so much for commenting. :)

  • clever

  • I found the book of love to be invisible...come on inside it's cold old outside but I don't want to...These are my two favorite song birds even though there voices have changed its been perfected like Bette Davis they went to bubbly to Brassy fine wine is better when it's aged in wood.

  • Simply brilliant!

  • Awesome job!

  • Stevie Nicks and Kate Bush WOW so great !!

  • Director's Cut it's In My Dreams.

  • this is SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is realy impressive man

  • smashing mash up

  • I LOVE THOSE 2 WOMEN - They have been my fav since the 80s.

  • @TheSensualWorld1.The two best female songwriters and singers in the world.

  • wow i thought this was for real! its great

  • Hey not bad! I think a Stevie Nicks album produced by Kate Bush would be amazing!

  • Great job! Seen Stevie Nicks live and was lucky enough to get Kate to sign all my CD's but not seen her sing live! Let's hope it happens!!

  • love this...really great. i've also been a massive fan of them both for many years..thanks for sharing.

  • i think it is great .

  • I can not get enough of this! Thanks again for posting!

  • Ha! I bet they've seen this and like it. Well, maybe not Stevie since she apparently doesn't have a computer. You just never know.

  • I love this mix! I have a few demos of Secret Love and never cared for the song. But now with this remix it is growing on me.

  • I love this mix!

  • Brilliant that Kate's 'Director's Cut' and remasters should appear so soon!

  • LOVE IT SO MUCH!!

  • I have this unreleased bootlegged copy from the 70's but oh its amazing mixed with Kate Bush. Thank you for posting, so loving it!

  • OMG the best two women that ever was...and you put them both together...you are the best....xxxx

  • Pretty COOL!!! Two Talented ladies! thanx. A fan of both.Sing on.

  • Superb. Very well done :)

  • People compare Stevie's & Kate's work. There are similarities, but Stevie's more about 'feelings' & emotions compared to Kate's ethereal explorations. Stevie's song talks about tears, paying the price & needing some rest. Kate's song takes you to the edge (of a labyrinth) and places you shouldn't see (under a veil). Sort of a yin-yang, between Stevie's emotions and Kate's search to be...invisible. Interestingly, Kate's videos are like some recent Salvia trips I took. Stevie's my emotions.

  • Awesome mashup.

  • This is just brilliant. I think your people should get in touch with Stevie and Kate's people. I always thought they would be wonderful together.

  • @RMS1103 I so wish that I could make that happen. And that I had people. :)

  • Invisible Love! One of the best kinds of love...

  • Brilliant

  • Second that!

  • my two divas together. orgasmic dream come true.

  • AWESOME!!

  • Amazing ! Stevie and Kate are two of the most unique and creative female singer-songwriters EVER. You RULE !

  • Amazing! You did a fantastic job with the music and video editing. Just beautiful!

  • I like it! I'm also wondering if you've done a mash-up of Edge Of Seventeen with the Police's Bring On The Night - the introes are very similar.
