  • @Prs4ever111 : No, the V3 preamp has 2 outputs, a balanced XLR and an unbalanced 1/4" jack. I used the unbalanced one with a down-size adapter.

  • I've got the same unit with telefunken west german tube swap...

    It stands up well...very well to my Universal Audio solo 610...costing over 10 times more.

    Just be careful when you lift up the plate to unscrew the toggle impedance switch or you will render the unit useless..
