very helpful, i remember a girl who had dyed her hair red saying she used a red powder on her brows too, and it looked great. i have a bright red eye shadow in my coastal scents 88 palette that i never use, so i will definetly try this technique. thanks so much :)

We have almost the same eyebrows, ha. Very light and bare. Every time I try to fill in my eyebrows, it looks horrible and very drawn eye. I have no figured out how to perfect it :/ so my eye makeup always looks amazing but my brows=fail.
