She did not need any implant in the bottom. The side view at 1:50 (after implants) shows that her bottom lip is now out of balance and too large compared to the top lip.

In my opinion, she needed more visible pink lip on top, (lip advancement) and a shortened lip length, not more bulge in the skin above her lip. This doctor did her a disservice. She now has a “fat lip” look that you got when you accidently got hit in the mouth playing sports or something. I wonder if she expected this result.
