Okay this is good. I have been diagnosed with panic disorder AND this is something that my therapist told me to do.. is to be awre of the htoughts. before the thought spirals through my head.. i say "Im aware of the thought" AND LET THE thought run its course.. it ets hard sometimes but I like to stay positive!!!

sometimes these thoughts have nothing to do with anxiety.. in fact sometimes they help anxiety.
