  • Liked the video except for the sinners prayer and assuring the person that they are saved because they prayed that prayer at the end. That is entirely not Biblical. Please repent, instead command people to repent and believe the Gospel and assure them that they are saved on the basis of God's work of sanctification in their lives. See Mark 1:15, Philippians 1:6, 2:12,13, 2nd Corinthians 13:5, The epistle of 1st John, etc.

  • When Yeshua returns, you better be one of the ones Revelations 12:17 speaks about; otherwise you WILL NOT be observing any kind of festivals. It is the very feasts and commandments that point us to Messiah's return whether you're a Jew or gentile. What does Saul of Tarsus speak referring Jew or gentile?

  • If Yeshua and His talmadim celebrated these moedim in the past then it only stands to reson that we will once again celebrate them in the future Kingdom.

  • Shalom, As a Messianic beliver I congragulate you on your understanding.

It makes too much sense for most people!

I know that you are right about practicing Judaism in the future. What was, shall be again. In fact one of the reasons for establishing the festivals in the first place was to rehearse for the millinal kingdom.

  • I watched this video on December 20th, 2009. This one video convinced me to become a Messianic. I soon started attending a Messianic Congregation, keeping Torah, observing the feasts, and learning and learning as much as I can about Messianic Judaism. Friend, I will be eternally indebted to you for making this video. Nearly a year later, I have come far. I don't know where I would be without Torah. I would be saved, but not as blessed as I am now. Toda (Hebrew: thank you!) Thank you!

  • @spreadthegospel

Unless you're a Jew in Israel and a High Priest of the old days exists, I don't think

you should be observing Torah/festivals etc.

  • @rehzon Mathew 5:17-19, John 14:15, Revelations 12:17 and many more passages in the "new" testament prove you wrong.

  • @LouieG7777

    listen to this video:

"Saturday or Sunday Worship? The Bottom Line - Biblical Truth"

  • You filled a video with so much in so little time! I loved it.

  • That first passage in Zechariah appears to be speaking of when Christ returns to earth after the 1,000 years...not His second.

Off the top of my head, I know that the Bible teaches that the dead in Christ will rise first and we who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet Him in the air...see the picture?

When Christ comes back, the brightness of His coming will destroy the wicked, and the righteous, both those who have died and those who live, will go up to meet Him.

  • @toroga1 What do you mean Christ returns AGAIN after 1000 years? Jesus returns at Armageddon (rev 16:15), and we meet him in the air and land at Jerusalem for 1000 years. Jeremiah 3:16 is that 1000 years. After 1000 years, the sons born within the 1000 years (when whoever dies at 100 will be cursed-Isaiah 65:20) will once again rebel and be destroyed and thrown into hell, then a new heaven and earth will be made.

  • Open my eyes, my ears, my mind and my heart ... teach me Thy way, O Lord, and I will walk in Thy truth.

  • LOL. like thats ever gonna happen. lmao!

  • So why not celebrate the Sabbaths, Holy Days, & New Moons NOW? Because PAUL said not to??? You have to make up your mind, do you follow Paul or Yeshua (aka Jesus). Doesn't make sense does it?? Yeshua kept the sabbaths & holy days, if we say we are followers of Him, then we should imitate Him. If you are not going to imitate Him and keep holy what He kept holy, then why do you say you follow Him?

  • Sabbath was created for man to rest and enjoy life, and remember God, not just food and money.

Christians have already entered into this Sabbath rest 7 days a week, as we no longer seek after these things, but seek after God's kingdom and his righteousness. So, we will rest even more when Jesus returns.

No one can keep the law of Moses, for example "all men must appear in Jerusalem 3 times per year" Good luck with 3 billion men. Revelation talks about the kings of nations going there.

  • Keeping Shabbat, festivals etc is only becaues of our love for Yeshua,it is not salvic in any way. Unfortunately Pauline epistles have been taken out of Jewish first century context and Gentilized. Paul was a Torah observant Jew even after He saw Messiah 3 times. We need to return to our roots to understand the Brit Chadessah New Covenant text,

    Shalom.

  • If you are born in Israel (the nation, not country) keep the Shabbat. Otherwise, Jesus said that he is "Lord of the Shabbat" and allowed his disciples to "break the S-t" and he was CRUCIFED because he allegedly did NOT keep S-t, at least in the Pharisee interpretation. cause he DID GOOD (healed, drove out demons) on S-t. If you do it for the love of Yeshua, go heal and exorcise on S-t. God allowed the Temple to be destroyed, and the ark of covenant lost (read Jeremiah 3:16 and be amazed!)

  • @light4darkness liar you are.

  • @noquehago Are you insulting me for telling you that the Bible says the old covenant is gone, finished? That now we have entered a permanent Sabbath rest, and the ark of the covenant wil never exist again? That God's laws are now in our hearts, as one single new command, to love one antoher and to forgive as Christ has forgiven us? Read your Bible.

  • @light4darkness ummm?

ok, if we have entered into a new covenant and the old is finished, then if i go and murder someone why would i be guilty?

you would say well in the LAW or as you call it the old law says "thou shall not murder"

So is it really done away with?

  • @noquehago You would be guilty cause (1 Corinthinas 13) love does not kill, steal, or commit adultery, and always forgives. "Love one another" forbids you from killing someone who might rape your daughter, as allowed by the old law. "If you do not forgive your debtors, neither will your father in heaven". No one can keep the law, so God will show mercy at judgement, to those who showed mercy to others. (James 2:13 Mercy triumphs over judgement) Matthew 7:2

  • @light4darkness yea you hit the nail in the head.

So where did Paul get this information from?

  • always amazing that chrisitans desire to go back under the natural jewish law when God did not make that covenant with the gentiles...we are furfilling the law now and the festivals even more in the 7 year tribulation.paul said if you seek to be justified by the law then You are severed(cut off) from Christ..gal 5:4 that's strong words!

  • Really? Dare to read Ex 12:38,48-49? But then, read what your savior Paul said in Romans 11:16-24? Is your savior Paul being a hypocrite? and contradicting his self with gal 5:4?

  • YHWH elohim made the covenant of moses with the natural jew but Jesus came with a differant covenant ,being Himself the last passover lamb that took sin ...not covering it up as most believe.Jesus said to the natural jews, I leave your House desolate, meaning the old covenant was broken off and he was building now a spiritual temple of some jews and some gentiles through His cleanseing Blood and those people now would have all the promises as the new covenant spiritual Israel!

  • Maybe you had better go back and reread, this time pay attention to what you read and READ EVERYTHING! There will be a test!

  • im in a wilderness test as i type..the law of moses was not made with the gentile/some jews, new testament church...it's a new covenant makeing men into the likeness of Jesus Christ God's son, by the gift of faith in the fact that Jesus took sin from the believer...most who claim to be chrisitan don't get this fact to their destruction.

  • Now your getting your self into a corner. For the original covenant was made with both! Read Ex 12:38,47-49.Fot the Messiah Yahushua as stated in Jn.1:1-4 then refer back to Gen 1:1-3 For the Messiah was the Word made flesh. This is referring back to the Commands-Laws-Right rulings.

  • I understand your desire like paul for natural Israel...but the fact is... the law haveing to have the animal sacrifice, was a mean time thing until the real lamb of God put on a body...the blood of Jesus Christ took sin (past tense)...the law of moses never can or could do that but only prove sin.Jesus told the religious leaders of His day,you are of your father the devil..why? because they held to the traditons of men and believed they were able to keep the law of moses which is impossible!

  • Really? Gee wiz, lets see... Have you EVER read yeshayahu/Isaiah or Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah or especialy Yehezqel/Ezekiel? No or yes? Maybe you had better go back and CAREFULLY reread them as well as Hoshea 2:13-23,3:5,4:6-9,14:9,Mikah 4:1, - 7:20,Habaqquq 2:6 "...HIS WAYS ARE EVERLASTING", & All of Zekaryah 1:1 thru 14:19 The main point is this, during the 1000 year raign of the Messiah, you will be doing the "Jewish thing"and that there WILL BE ANIMAL SCRAFISES during that time as stated in Yehzqel!

  • IF your not keeping the words of Jesus and the first apostles then you are not truely following Jesus Christ...there are times when the old testament prophets are speaking about the "spiritual Israel church" but the "covenant of moses" was never made with the gentiles or born again spiritual jew...romans 8 and 9 carely says the natural Jew has been broken off and a natural Jew will only be saved as the gentile and that's by faith not any law...but faith in that the last passover lamb took sin.

  • But you see, I do keep the words of the Messiah Yahushua,Whey is it that you don't? And I'm not being hateful ether! Think about it. Do you remember what what Messiah said?So to save space,I'll take this more privet by writing to you more directly

  • yisrael why would God go back to animal sacrifices ,when that sacrifice was a forgiveness from year to year and could not produce life eternal? The last passover lamb YAHSHUA was "one offering" that perfected for-ever by faith and produces in us His life by recieveing the words HE spoke that are HIS "spirit and life" but the temple priest could only sacrifice the same animals year after year.

  • But you are refusing to receive the Words of the Messiah. For the Messiah was the one who gave His words to Mosheh to begin with. What do you think of what will be going on during the 1000 yr reign? Read Ezekiel 46:1-14 & 47:22-23 more to come

  • The New Testament has 1050 laws. The Old Testament has 613. Now, if the New Testamanet abolished laws, why the necessity to add 1050 new laws?

  • WE fulfill the law because Jesus took our sin nature or desire for sin( if we believe it God will manifest it... for sanctifacation means seperated from sin) and we were crucified with HIM & have put on Christ ... where there is no sin there is no need for the law.we also put the seed of the words of christ in our souls to have his nature as disciples.

  • Absolute rubbish. The LAW is NOT FULFILLED. Is Jesus on the earth, is the millennium here? NO. Matt 5:17-19. NOT one JOT or TITTLE would be removed from the LAW. FULFILLED does NOT mean ABOLISH. You can only have the nature of Jesus by obeying LAW. Jesus paid the "Penalty" for breaking the law. HE did not remove the law - it remains.

  • THE LAW CAN NOT BE REMOVED BECAUSE IT PROVES SIN...but the last passover lamb has taken away sin ,which is the works of God's santifacation (seperated from sin unto God) for the Gospel is the POWER OF GOD FOR HE WHO BELIEVES IT...Just as Abraham could not bring forth Issac in his own stenght because his body was as good as dead. The law will save no one.For it can not give life but only condemn, because it can not be KEPT, that's why they mixed in the animal sacrifice for YEARLY FORGIVENESS !!

  • The Torah (complete Scriptures of the Tanakh) remain for us to follow as we love yeshua the revealled and ressurrected Messiah). Unfortunately 2000 yrs of Gentile Constantine anti semitism and even Rabbinical bias stand in the way of reconciliation. Watch closely the One new man of Rom. 12 and Eph 2 are coming to pass!

    Shalom

  • If a man is unable to stop himself from raping his daughter, does that mean, we should abolish the law, so that the man can rape his daughter? The problem here lies the the man, not the law. Law maintains boundaries for the public good. If Jesus abolished law, then, He also abolished sin, because "sin is the breaking of the law" 1 John 3:4. How can one break a law that does not exist?

  • I never said that the law was 'ABOLISHED"...that's your words, for the law has comdemned the whole world under sin and the curse of the law is on every man, that dose not follow the last passover lamb as their blood covering and then ultimately their cleanseing. The covenant of moses( the law with a animal sacrifice for "yearly forgiveness") was made only with the natural jew... we have a better covenant that can produce the life of Christ!

  • What is Christianity, A CULT OF JUDAISM! The law for the Jew is ALSO for the followers of a JEWISH Messiah!

  • Galatians 5:4 if you seek to be justified by the law of moses then you are served or cut off from Christ...The righteous shall live from Faith and that is Faith in the finished work of the cross that YAHSHUA the son of God took sin as the last passover lamb..which is the only true salvation of YHWH elohim... for the natural jew has no covenant now or temple or sacrafice!

  • That covenant was renewed with His people, and soon the Temple will be rebuilt before the Messiah's return and the reinstated of the sacrifices.

  • Ok so what day of the week is the sabbath?

And how do we observe it?

  • The Seventh day is the Sabbath, you prepare on what is known today as "friday", but known to Sabbath keepers as the day of preparation, from Sundown to Sundown it is a day consecrated unto the Lord.

  • God did'nt make the "one day" sabbath of the Jewish law covenant with the new testament believers...the "rest" in Hebrews 4 is to rest in the finish works of the cross...Chrisitans always seem to gravitate toward the covenant made with the natural Jews that it's clear that they did not keep!

  • There are some who keep the festivals in their New Testament light today! Website truthonthewebDOTorg ... Happy Sabbath Day of which Jesus(Y'shua) is Lord!

  • Amen, this is the return to the "one new man" concept of Eph 2 and Rom. 11, Paul the Jewish Apostle spoke about. shabbat rest is to honor G-d, family and refrain from normal work. This is from fri sundown to sat sundown. None of these things are for salvation anyway, but to come closer to HaShem (G-d). shalom.

  • Amen! I debated, for months, this very subject with my former paster, who had a Masters Degree in Theology and was a teacher at the Bible college I attended. He could not see the truth for the traditions of men.

  • Can YOU "see the truth for the traditions of men" ... like Hall Lindsey and Tim LaHaye?
