the board was kinda bouncing on the front end- maybe not quite in trim but anyway, he was putting it in the right places. I would say a 9'0 tri fin with a somewhat pulled in tail and nose would be perfect for the place..something that you could bury the rail and still glide some.
are the people round here cool with out of town longboarders? I'm going there in Feb/March next year and am wondering if they're gonna be assholes, I'm not a kook or anything... I just don't wanna have to deal with shit out there
@IAmATampon surfers in Puerto Rico are like most other places... if you show respect you ll have no problem.... just be careful not to leave stuff in view in your car so you don't attract attention, enjoy the surf there!

Tough to get out with a longboard, though it can be done. I had my ass handed to me on a platter when I was at Wildo Feb '08. Still beats Florida anyday.
man, tell me.. how do you get in the peak with this longboard? Without duckdiving? do you paddle from outside everytime you need to get there? Or do you really face it?
