My Heart Will Go On is slower and more emotional. It starts out nice and slow and breathy, but then Celine really belts out those high notes. So, My Heart Will Go On Wins.

In my opinion, both songs are great. I have a preference in My Heart Will Go On. I Will Always Love You is too strong. Whitney is basically belting the entire thing. She doesn't finesse anything. My Heart Will Go On is slower and more emotional. It starts out nice and slow and breathy, but then Celine really belts out those high notes. So, My Heart Will Go On Wins.
