You know I initially thought Jay was a wannabe bboy at first, but after seeing him in person in a cypher at Claws Out 5 in Cali, he showed me he could rock it. I saw more of his recent battles and old ones, he has improved A LOT, of course he isn't on the level of his crew members yet, but I give him much respect and props for keeping it real unlike most entertainers. And I don't doubt that he wants to help the b-boying community. I think the haters should back off, and cut him some slack!

Actually I was also one of those who couldn't understand why people enjoy hurting their body and spinning on their heads. Then I knew this guy Jay Park. He never stop showing his great love and respect to bboying culture and mentioning his desire to live his life as a normal bboy. So I also started learning why people admire bboying so much. That's how I fell in love with bboying spirit and watching their battles. Now I think bboying is one of the most beautiful arts human body can do.

Most moves are based on physicx such as the amount of momentum and impact, and also the distribution of force upon impact. i suffered scrapes burns bruises and even several months of enduring injuries from bboying, yet i still continue to get better
