  • I am all about exhaust notes and I gatta say... your 327 sounds pissed. I love it. I picked up a 74 260 and am building a 302 clone. Hope for high revs as I have been driving a 91 rx7 for a while now, I kinda like running it to 9 grand lol... and I want that same exhaust note you have. What headers/pipes are you runnin?

  • bad ass ride !!!! give you props on that one !!!! but how much do you have into it ? probaly enough ? right . still bad ass tho !!!

  • jeez, i love your taste in cars the 944s in the back oooh! man i hope my z turns out in shape

  • Love the car . i have a 77 280 with a v8 swap too but what i really want to know is who makes those wheels ? if anyone knows please tell me because i love the wheels thanks again and nice ride

  • Nothing at all wrong with V8 conversions. I feel its more rewarding to build the original though. Nothing wrong with either side. We are all car guys and though our opinions differ, atleast we love and respect cars.

  • timeless body design, very nice

  • sexy as hell. what kinda quarter mile times does this baby get?

  • how much power can these stock rears hold up to?

  • @ljdgm bout 500 but the r200 is open

  • not sure what you want that torque for, but sounds and looks great

  • these "purest" clowns are very funny. its a hunk of metal dude. what ever the next man does to enhance the look of his vehicle is his choice ...who cares. get a life. if all you worry about is preserving the purity of a hunk of metal and keeping it original you are a sad human being. when you croak and they thro the dirt on you whats it gonna matter what sum one did to their car...jack ass.

  • @thebabycakes71 "purists" keep the car original for style and value, not to race them. this car may be worth 20 grand but a barn find 240 might be worth 50 to a collector.

  • @thebabycakes71 there is nothing wrong with the "purest ideas, it alows them to spend years searching for the right parts to restore the car to former glory so that they can hold on to it for another 20 years to sell it for big money, the only thing i dont like is the fact that u can never take it out of the garage, i mean whats the point of saying u have a Cherry 1972 Fairlady when u can never "take it out of the box." another thing is i like modification, the faster the car the better lol

  • This is the Devils work! I must sell my soul!

  • to me putting a v8 in a 240 defeats the purpose of having that car... u can put a v8 in enething and make it fast but just my opinion... but nice car....

  • @nickfernandez89 I know some guys who are like, puriest when it comes to old school Japanese cars and they said its better if people are at least saving these cars and doing things with them than having them root away in junk yard.

  • damn badass car

  • that motor sounds like it is quite healthy and well tuned

  • Not entirely sure how I feel about that body kit... hum..

  • i want to do this to my 280z, where did you get mounts to drop this in your Z?

  • electric waterpump to ehh. nice

  • Well i like the first generation of Zs because of the styling.. the way the nose sticks way out in front and how the head lights and grill are desing but i have a MK3 Supra and Supras and Z are long time rivals =D

  • @Sonicku , best of both worlds. We've got an '88 MGTE targa and a '72 240. They are both amazing machines. If you ever get the chance to ride in a 240, have at it.

  • Z's rule & makes the girls drool!!
