I'd stay far away from Eye Candy from Hard Candy. It's terrible.

i use to use hard candy when they originally came out. i used their foundation alot when i do musical theatre. i was bummed when they quit selling makeup. then about 6 months ago i was at wal mart just looking around and i saw hard candy. my first thought was YAY. but then i started looking and swatching stuff. not what they use to be. and they don't make the foundation color i use to use. hmmm oh well.

I tried their duo shadow, their mascarra and one of their lip plumping lip glosses. To be honest the shadows were way too sheer when you put them on, the mascarra flaked off and the lip gloss was ok. I wanted to like this line but for some reason, it failed with me. I would say NYX and ELF are much better in quality for low cost cosmetics. Again, just my experience with them.

I had a chance to swatch an open eyeshadow and based on that ONE I felt the same way. However, I'm not sure how anyone could not like "pin up" blush ... it has quickly became a holy grail item for me

Nice review, thanks! Im really loving the new line and I cant wait to try more from it. One of the things I got ws the lipstick in Fire Alarm and Im pretty much in love with it. Like you I havent used my MAC since I got it LoL. I still like my MAC lipsticks of course but some of these products are really awesome!
