OMG - I've been doing peyote for awhile, and I've never seen that trick of slipping a needle through the first row.... that is INGENIOUS! Those first few rows can be so slippery, twisty, and troublesome. That needle, anchoring the first row, should help A LOT. Thank you so much! Awesome.
