Actually, the Romanian language IS read exactly as it is written (same pronunciation rules as in Italian for ce, ci, che, chi, ge, gi, ghe, ghi).

It isn't. There are silent e's and i'l all over the place in romanian. And the silent h's, as you mentioned. It's not 1-1.

the handwriting was not the right one, i could grasp only a couple of things.
Solo pude entender poco, las letras escogidas no son las mejores.
