The roll seems to be a Korean kimbaap instead of a Japanese sushi roll. (Not tempura.)

@567watcher It was a sushi roll filled with salmon, cucumber, eel, avocado, and crab. Then it was deep fried and severed nice and hot :D

that happened so long ago I cant even tell you if it was. Either way it was good and I was happy.

you have to practice more with chopsticks because your hand is too low on them.

oh, I realize that there is sushi rolls around but what you are eating looks to be tempura, if im not mistaken.
Its a sushi roll dipped in tempura batter.
