@emilydowlingtv I believe some of the instruments in this song came with an expansion pack for GarageBand called "Remix Tools". What that means is the beat at 1:25 and 3:15 only comes with the pack, and cannot be created with an original GarageBand. You'll have to buy it, I'm afraid.

It was good. The middle got boring, I'd suggest it would have been better if you would have added beats there. I liked how you mixed the loops together, but the vocals were boring.

But overall: Good (7.5/10).

I recommend you get to know the program, but use the video tutorials and proper learning minimally. really get inside it and learn as you go. don't be afraid to put sounds together that by conventional standards wouldn't be paired up. do the same thing for plug-ins. Wanna reproduce the Lenny Kravitz vocal sound from American Woman? You can through the Amp Simulation plug-ins. And that's just one example.
