I think it was an HON1Y departure because WAL1Y takes you right out toward the West! HON1Y does turn right straight after takeoff but then turns left.

No its a WAL1Y dept, cause we takeoff turn right, then slightly left over wales.

I can remember the captain saying our route. We went over Wales then down the west coast of England. We never went down the centre of da UK
