I like how the hammers could kill boo didley and even thwomps, and finish off Bowser in 3 hits, but the hammer suit had absolutely no effect against Lemmy at the end of world 6.
this was my FAVORITE powerup in the entire game. loved how it can go through pipes and kill things that were inside them before they had the chance to pop out and try to kill you by using fireballs.
Actually believe it or not when they first released super mario all stars certian copies allowed you to use any item at will in a stage including the boot by pushing select till you got the item you wanted.Excluding the star and P items. I have one of those copies.Only works on the C file of the game for me though.
I have the item for it, but when I try to equip it, the hammer stays in my 'inventory' and nothing happens... =( Help?

They should've brought this back in Super Mario 3D instead of the Tookuni suit! YOU CAN'T EVEN FLY WITH IT! JUST FLOAT SLOWLY DOWN!
