Dear Jean-Luc Nancy,is not The Lisbon Treaty in violation of the United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and therefore ilegal ? :

Article 1 : All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic and cultural development.

The European Arrest Warrant is also in violation of the same Covernant ( Article 9).

Nancy is an amazing lecturer. It is being included in "thought thinking"...in resonance with Goethe in this case. Yes, a bit of background and education is helpful. If you are simply looking for simple entertainment, sans thought, other videos would be more "interesting"...
