ur right here...and i might add that the more we come to know the Lord and His ways and the more we come to trust Him..then we know that he is our defender and our strength and he will ultimately right any wrongs done against us...and always in a much more effective and productive way than we would have done for ourselves!
I don't think it should be limited to either "forgive and forget" or a straight up retaliation. the former gives the bully the ability to pile on lie after lie, the ladder obviously makes you yourself a bully. there should be the option of minimal confrontation, you know like a "what the hell man?" type of discussion. ignoring a problem does nothing but add to said problem, the only way to solve a problem is to actually address it rationally.
Well just like the Word says, "Offenses will come", but we DON'T have to recieve it!! Only if we recieve it, then we have a problem with it..
