there's another tip in last hitting you can right click on the creep atack it once and see how much damge you do when you see its life going near that you can attack it, dont if this been said or not just an annoying tip xD

@modestas62 Against a range character you'd want to play very defensively since you are kass. using your q occasionally to get last hits is good, but like you've noticed it kills ur mana quickly. Stay behind your ranged minions so if your opponent attacks you the ranged minions can do some dmg on them. When pushed to ur turret, just stay behind it.

Hit the area between blue and wolves, or hit the area between wraiths/golems and red. This allows to see a bigger area. Also check the incoming areas to ur lane, but since cv sees into bushes try nd aim a lil further than just the bush = bigger area. Check ur map occasionally to estimate where champions may go thn cv.

comeon dude i like that oyu are trying to help others with this vid, but your lasthitting is pretty bad and you don't even try to stop vayne from lasthitting (place w under her when she goes for the lasthit). Brand vs Vayne is such an easy lane you should zone and not only win by a bit...
btw , you shouldn't just last hit , you MUST do some harassing or else when your jungler comes to gank and you start being aggresive it might be a sign for opponent to retreat and you will screw the gank .
about hotkeys : you should put ur potions in 3rd slot , if you get used to click 3 in battle it can help you alot , and 3 is easiest to click without missclicking .

coldy why dont you smart cast? isnt that a very important part of getting better at the game? you can stop wasting that milsecond to aim for a shot which can be vital especially in team fights
@superazian10 I do man, look at my first video. I smart cast most abilities, unless it is more beneficial to use the aiming (some spells are better to not smart cast)
@colbycheeze I confirm What Colby says, While smart casting on your default hotkeys can be of great use on certain champs and situations, On brand for instance, It is greatly advised to use Smartcast on his Q, because it's a slow moving taking time to aim will actually work against you, while Morgana's Q on the other hand can be god smart cast But aiming with classic cast is better.
for all the new players ; spend an hour with a champion that u like and u will to play him in a custom game and just last hit . you will own everyone in the game.

I would like to see a summoner academy talking about team fights. what to do in them, what your role is and when to engage and when not to engage. As well as what each role does in team fights.

If you don't harass, your enemies will. Last hitting comes first, but you -will- have to harass.

very good job colby. all i can say is that i sincerely hope we don't have to wait as long as we did for this one when you get around to releasing the next one. i realize you're busy so i'm not going to harass you into releasing another one sooner. but i find these very informative and i recommend your videos to my friends who are just starting out, so keep up the good work :)

@colbycheeze i'll be honest the only thing i didn't know was the mid lane wards but i tend to roll as morgana so a gank at mid is really hard to do with her there :P

@colbycheeze that's good to hear. although i find it odd that it's so difficult to find a multitude of people who are trying to teach new players the fundamentals of the game. Maybe it's us being elitist, or maybe people just wanna get more videos of them slayin noobs, i don't know, if i had the programs for it, i'd do it myself, but currently i don't.

coldy why dont you smart cast? isnt that a very important part of getting better at the game? you can stop wasting that milsecond to aim for a shot which can be vital especially in team fights

@superazian10 I do man, look at my first video. I smart cast most abilities, unless it is more beneficial to use the aiming (some spells are better to not smart cast)

@colbycheeze I confirm What Colby says, While smart casting on your default hotkeys can be of great use on certain champs and situations, On brand for instance, It is greatly advised to use Smartcast on his Q, because it's a slow moving taking time to aim will actually work against you, while Morgana's Q on the other hand can be god smart cast But aiming with classic cast is better.
All in all it depends on how you play your champ.

for all the new players ; spend an hour with a champion that u like and u will to play him in a custom game and just last hit . you will own everyone in the game.

The basemark of minion kills that I hear most commonly is 100 cs at 12 min, it's a lot but a great goal.
