Hmmmm.....interesting point. I watched where the top of the beater hit the cowbell and it appears that the beater always lands in the same spot, thus indicating one beater. In all, though, what he's doing with his left foot is pretty simple, but what makes it tough is that he's doing it all while the other three limbs are cranking away. Horacio Hernandez is truly phenomenal....
