i feel that the charges against him should be dismissed on the fact that the government refused to address the problems of the NSA and that OUR government was directly violating the constitution. OUR government needs to be transparent and such corruption needs to be revealed to the public as OUR government is responsible with our protection and must be made accountable to us when they fuck up. the consititution are not just words, it is the law of the land. if i have to follow it, so do they.
Just look at World Trade Center, Building 7 and start asking questions. Watch the movie "Loose Change" and look at "Architect and Engineers for 9/11 truth". Mr. Drake remains a spy and is trying to make it look like 9/11 was not an inside job by elements within the CIA and the NSA.

I see no reason to have pity on a man that wants to improve on the ability of the government to eavesdrop on the communications of American citizens.
