he will be competing in WVU there is a running back going there officially by the name of Terence Kerns who is a MAN among boys at every level, size, speed, the total package. Hopefully WVU will recognize the level of talent they have and go with a 2 back set wit TK and Noel but, i also heard Noel will be used more like Ted Ginn was at Ohio State. But only time will tell plus deion sanders is pressin on his balls about going to FSU
