Ms Fritsch should be the President of the Naacp instead of Ben Jealous.She shows that she is a strong black woman with leadership skills and a strong work ethic.It's to bad we cant say the same for Ben as he could learn alot from this lady instead of looking and sounding like a whiner.Obviously a leadership change is in order.Ms Fritsch would be a strong role model for the black youth of the Naacp today.It seems to be missing at this time and that is to bad because leadership is a necessity.
