Steve Miller sang motherless children to my daughter as I held her near the stage when she was 7 (I'm a widower, and she was a motherless child). Then a few days before my daughters 18th birthday we were front row and band gave my daughter the set list and told her happy birthday. Then last night Steve Miller dedicated this song to any one getting married soon (my daughter gets married next month). Gotta love Steve Miller
