It is impossible to bring religion and democracy into a common denominator. Religious laws are about obligatory duties which can not be challenged ( Takleef) and democracy is about laws driven from inner needs and essence of societies and its quest for freedom (Hoqooq). Religious theocracy has failed through out the history. Mullahs regime will also fail , as a historical determination.
That´s true. But how much blood did it cost to seperate religion/church and state affairs in France and later on in Europe. This development still has to taken place in countries like Iran and many others.
