That might be the series. I just know that the clip I saw had her and a group of schoolgirls march into a church or school or something, then proceed to open fire and kill everyone inside while Chiaki stood at the podium. When all was done they turned to each other and killed each other. Then Chiaki put a gun to her head and blew her brains out.

it doesnt sound like it, in oyayubihime chiaki's chatacter (as far as i know) has a crush on her classmate she sees some other guy that gives her a shrinking potion to shrink her crush but it all goes wrong, another girl finds out, chiaki shrinks her to silence her...and it end by her being shrunkk herself put in a bird cage and having loads of photographers around her cage
