The AF part does not stand for "After Future" it stands for "April Fools" and the creators drew a fake Super Saiyan 5. Yes. Bulma said that they're was a super saiyan 5 however, GT is non-canon. While Toriyama viewed over them making it he did not create it therefore it is non-canon.
