  • I have an unstable knee ever since I was a little girl, mine will twist every now and then but it always goes back into place on its own..thankfully. I figure Ive lived with it this long, I can make it though the rest of my life wihout surgery.

  • that i soooo gross

  • fucking eww

  • shit he can also be my doctor :s

  • Patellar dislocation will also cause the ligaments to stretch out of place and can become extremely loose later on, if it ever happens, always rest your leg for several weeks and go steady. This doctor has no clue what he is doing, you do NOT keep stretching the ligaments! That person may need surgery if the doctor keeps playing with his kneecaps.

  • @13thcolossi Did you even read the title? This is a PREOPERATIVE EXAM, meaning the patient will be undergoing surgery anyway. What he's doing is necessary so that he'll know what ligaments/tendons need reconstructing once the patient's knee is opened up.

  • What a prick of a doctor

  • exactly what mine was like in both my legs!! it really affected my life but have now had 4 major op's and two not so bad ones and fingers crossed everything seems okay atm :)

  • oh dear god that sends pain into my leg just looking at it :( Thankfully they're under and don't feel it but OH GOD. And for the guy who says should i be worried that i can do that and not feel pain??? YEAH I certainly would be lol

  • i had surgery on my knee because mine kept on dislocating. did the doctor do that to me?

  • @SaraTheWeirdo I had teh same problem, probalby same surgery. But it didn't fix it properly :(

  • :L How stupid is that! :L I'd be in so much agony. I mean seriously he's like dislocating his knee continuously, I think it turns him on Ew!

  • Should I be concerned that I can do this to myself right now, and experience no pain at all?

  • should I be concerned that I can do this to myself right now at will, and experience no pain at all?

  • @chrisw2k6 Me too.

  • well now we know what doctors do while we are under anesthetic, !

  • god damn, what a cock sucker to dislocate that knee over and over for the camara

  • I just dislocated my patella today...again.

  • i did it 6 days ago, It sucks..so much

  • Jesus christ this makes me winch.

I've dislocated both kneecaps twice, breaking one once, over an 8 year period. They eventually did a proximal and distal relaignment of both patella, inserting screws. This has done wonders, no instability, no dislocations, and most importantly, strong reliable knees!

If you have patella trouble, but its not serious enough for surgery, get yourself onto the leg press machine. Start light and go heavy as soon as you can. Slow controlled repititions.

  • @neil14cfc Will an exercise bike help? I dislocated my knee 3 days ago, and this is my 1st time.

  • Owie

  • Aww im going trough that kind of operation soon

  • ugh.lol

  • @poperpop jajajjaa XD

  • that happened to me to and yes i wen to the doctors and well its the second time that has happened to me and the doctor says that it sometimes happenes if you dont keep your inner thies strong so you should do lots off exercise on legs

  • stupid doctor

  • i have that to and the doc sent me to this place and they put a special brace on it the pushes the patella and holds it there but we had to pay over $300 for it

  • I have that problem, sometimes i just walk and my kneecap pops out, I had it more than 20 times since the first time i had that problem. What's the sollution for it? are there any excercises for it?

Sorry for my bad English am from belgium.

    please react to this

because its verry painfull when my kneecap pops out just from walking.

    thx

  • Can you walk after that happens? Sorry to hear that, I hope you get better. My advice would be to visit a good Traumatologist and follow his instructions.

    Get well soooooon!
