Ladies do run slower on average but their endurance is much higher in long distances. In that respect most of you can't even dream about running like a lady.
@sapremo1979 what's wrong...? its not being sexist, it is just the facts. the "ladies" happen to run slower than the men and he is saying he enjoys running with them. get over yourself.
when he's sick of acutally working out he goes on a run with those weak lil creatures with the short stride and low endurance, eh the ladies we call em LOL!
