@remmeltFNFAL Usually it's just a new skin put over the car... But, each car has it's own specs (Top speed, handling, damage, etc.) These can be modified.

In order for your GTA IV PC to run, you must have a large memory space, the best Windows (Ask your nearest computer store) (Examples of good Windows are : Windows Vista, Windows 7). If possible, do it on your computer, not laptop as laptop's memory is quite fragile

3.1GHz is pretty good :p 4GB .. that might be why, cause I have a GTX275. Basically, GTA 4 has a streaming bug, maybe like GTA:SA, where you find that if you mod a car, all of the other cars will be taxis and cop cars.
