But as most Wilco fans are from God Squad territory (ie rednecksville), they will probably be burning their coffee tables as we type this rubbish. @YearZeroRecords I was not aware of this or why it mattered. But to be on the safe side, I overreacted and torched my coffee table and then spread its ashes on a beach where people surf. The surfing part was/is important. My boardies weren't the expensive kind, though. For an encore, I made a Fuck Buttons album with an xbox controllerand two broken cymbals The bummer is that I have no place to set my all-purpose crack/meth/opium pipe now (patent pending). Thanks a lot Satan!

@JNieckarz At last someone capable of an objective view! 75/25 split is the usual figure when applied the human race; the 75 being the "Throng" who make up the numbers,the drones to the queen bees of the 25%. And individuals,such as you,who have free will, and can exprees it without fear of being ostricised. Wilco are part of the 25%, unlike the uniformd govt fodder section of their "fans". Also i maybe think 75/25 is a tad generous........90/10 is closer to the mark.

Wasn't at that show, but it sounds like the boring Ann Arbor folks were there to listen to some music. I'll take boring mutes over "{interesting]" chatterboxes at a show any day. I'm very happy with the unintersting fans taking their peacoats and folding them into butt plugs as long as it makes for a STFU/let-me-hear-the-music experience.
