@ComplicatedTart it IS in standard tuning, but with a capo on 1st fret. We do the song in the key of Bb, so with capo, the shapes of the chords you will be playing are: A, Amaj7, F#m11 for the verse, and Dmaj7 to Esus4 - E for the chorus. Hope that helps! :)

The Band Perry consists of siblings as well and I don't think they are creepy. I think the relationship they have with one another is trust and they have built a career on that trust. I still like this cover but don't tell me it's not bloody auto tuned. I work with vocal effects myself and - believe it or not - this was treated with pitch correction.

If I'm wrong i put my hands up, but after studying for 4 years at the Royal Academy of music and being a musician for 15 years I would hope at the very least i have developed a decent ability to tell the difference between an unaltered, un enhanced rendition of a song and a 'real' recording

As siblings, Riana & I chose this song because we both love the original, wanted to record something original (and unique to our outdoor landscape in the pacific northwest), and also felt this was a great tune to create complimentary harmonies for both of our voices. Yes, most songs are ultimately about love: and at the end of the day, we love to sing together. It's about creating music we can share with people who love it, too.
