If you put a set of double blocs on the forestay and leave everything else connected, it can be done in 5 min. Attach the wind vane, have someone pull the forestay up from the ground using the pulleys, and someone else on board to steady and secure the forestay once it's up.
How long did this actually take? I have the same boat (since last August) and I've yet to take the mast down.....it's sitting in its parking space up at the lake, under the snow.....
If you know what your doing, have everything ready, it only takes 15 minutes or so. In this video we had to adjust the stays a little so it took a bit longer.
Are those steps on your mast and if so have you ever climbed up them?
