Gene suffers from cognizant dissonance; the idea that some of us are genetically inferior to others, in the context he’s using it, that he is superior, is the exact sort of thinking that led to the holocaust. Being less “smart” or “lucky” shouldn't translate into the idea that some people don’t have a basic human right to be secure. Gene listens to too much talk radio which is basically an outlet for conservative think tanks (well funded propaganda factories who use sample group testing to master the art of psycologically manipulating voters). Then the results are given to Rush, Hannity, etc. who all repeat the same words & analysis of current events thus creating a fictional version of reality.

That's why it's impossible to have a real conversation with a conservative, they are brainwashed.
