Thanks for asking, repel guilt is a concept, think of your feelings as water resistant and guilt as rain, let it slide off. Or I use this concept for creating a force field around me that repels unwanted thoughts and feelings, like guilt or shame. hope this helps

what is repel guilt? can you please give an example if possible? i face a lot of destructive guilt in thinking what others will feel to how i hav reacted even if its for my sake and genuine good
