its called flamenco, its spanish classical guitar (spain spanish) if you like it check out gypsy king and lawson rollins. and i dont know the name of the artist they probably have a disk but they seem like street guitarist.

@virgulima01 the artists are playing in Barcelona in a small back alley of a church, and you can buy their CD I guess only passing by. Despite they are awesome, the CD costs only 10 euro. I hope that answers you :)
