Hi Cindy I love all your videos and enjoy learning and cooking at the same time :-) I was wondering if you could do a video lecture on how to make good bagels. It is very hard to get dense and chewy american(NY?) bagels here in Japan. I guess softer ones are more popular here they are also good but not as satisfactory as the ones I can buy in the States. Looking forward to more videos!

I received a request to do a video on them just last month from a viewer in Singapore. I've been working on a recipe since and hope to film it soon. Stay tuned! -Cindy
