@alsindan it's a oil cooler look on ebay you will find the exact same as mine. you can find water cool 110cc but i think is useless it will take too much space because of the rad,hose ect. a good oil cooler will do the job

@TMAXX22 hey TMAXX, I've watched just watched your teardown vid pt1 and it's giving me enough courage to tear down my own 110cc, but before I do I have some questions:

I took my 110cc out my quad and put it in Honda Dax replica. It's semi-automatique and has 4 gears, everything works great and the only thing bothering me is that there isn't any kickstarter. So my question are:

1) Is it possible to install a Kickstarter in any noname chinese engine?

@vincwie hi sorry man i have any ideas how i just never split a semi-auto.its possible because you can buy semi-auto with kick start so...look on internet to find a diagram ou exploded view of an semi-auto

@DeVoN420zz hi i got already couple of mods on it,fmf power core 4 big bore,bbr intake with a mikuni vm-26,racing cdi,3 valve head im doing a full port-polish on it.only thing missing is a high-comp piston and a race cam.

i think one of the timing chain came off track cause when i pull it. it dont move its stuck

hey man i have the same motor with mods...i was riding one day and it shut of cause of no gas then i refilled it and i kicked it 3 times to try to start then the engine locked up what can be the reason all the gears shift and it go in nutral and i also cant push start it its stuck and looked today and notice i had no oil...please help!!!!!!
