i always assumed this was real, but how exactly did they get the camera shot from the police vehicle at 4:20?

His wikipedia page has been taken down. It used to have his real name on it, which is probably why it was taken down. He's not dead, but yes he's been caught before, but possibly never charged. I was once told that sweeden's laws state that if a traffic violator is not caught in the act, they cannot be charged with that crime. If true, it would mean that even if all of sweeden knows who he is, he cant be charged until he's caught doing it. Even then, it's only traffic charges.
