Believe me Guys fw 3.00 sucks it seems that sony rushed it just for the ps3 slim

the only positive thing i found in fw 3.00 is killzone2 Game loading (it became much faster)

the sparkles are not bad

i personally miss the ps3 logo and sound while loading a game

While slowdown was already evident in the PS3 version, I have heard about other problems with other games due to the recent update.

Not really I've played Fallout alot and have downloaded every patch so far and before this Firmware update it ran at a rock solid 30fps 99% of the time but now it's never rock solid, it doesn't destroy the experiance but it is annoying:(

Luckily I've read a bug fixing (PS3) firmware update is coming soon:)

95% of ps3 games COULD run in-game music hitch free, but the remaining 5 were mostly EA titles that were so poorly coded that it made their games look inferior

so EA threatened to leave sony if they implemented in-game music because their games couldnt support it or cross-game chat...

and overall this update was a waste of everyones time..

It's not Sony's fault that you can't listen to music while fighting online, it's Capcoms. A firmware update won't fix that, only a patch to SF4 made by Capcom.
