Don't like the arrangement on the guitar but it must be hard to play what 8 cellos play on one guitar. Guitar playing is not the greatest either, he needs to play little softer. Beautiful piece of music though!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous! Mainly from the guitar. Yes, the tempi are somewhat irregular but so what? Though irregular they are masterfully handled by the guitarist. The flautist - as Segovia would say - must go out, drink some wine, suffer a little and she will feel the music and will not be flat on the last note at the next concert. Keep up the good work!

The guitarist should take the INTRO evenly...I don't like the tempo variations there. He also rushes the section starting at 1:44 min.

You clearly don't understand anything about Brazilian music or this piece. Check the tempi markings on the original Villa Lobos score to get a clue how this piece should be played. The guitarist has--you obviously haven't.

Villa lobos is a brazilian composer, this is a romantic and poetic piece, but influenced samba composers like Pixinguinha. Type Pixinguinha on youtube and you will see.

First Sorry Theanswer00 for my poor english: Sundryall was very stupid with his comment, because i think music is a free thing. But you right the classical music have a lot of rules to be respected. However if you watch to Villa Lobos Movie, you will see he trying to change the classical european school to a more free school, he is not a romantic composer but a post-modern composer, and this is not a exactly a eurpean-romantic piece, but a "br romantic piece". Ps: I love the european-music.

Fix me if i m wrong, but the name bachianas is a try to turn the brazilian music more popular in Europa. Because in the first time Villa Lobos dont receive a good threatment he was a crazy nationalist and unfortonelly a very very agressive person(a real problem in my opinion), he start a fight with a lot of europeans using a lot of agressive words to the european music-school( i dont agree with him in that). But thats ok, Villa Lobos is the great composer for me...
