  • I can relate to what you are going through. When you get a chance, watch “Forks over Knives”. You can find it on Netflix. It clearly shows the benefits of going to a vegetarian diet. For me I’m completely illuminating meat and most dairy. Luckily, there are some good companies out there. For example, I’m not giving up butter. Kerrygold Butter is from Ireland and their cows only eat fresh grass from the fields. No grains, no hormones, no antibiotics.

  • Check this guy out. He made a lovely video about why vegans and vegetarians deserve some respect. messeyehere

  • Good thoughts my friend. Thanks for sharing.

  • I want to second the person that said: God bless your beautiful caring soul. Too true. My boyfriend refused to watch the movie because he said he already knew how cruel we humans are to animals, how come then he still eats factory farmed meat? I stopped only when I saw this movie. I took the red pill. It sucks but I did it. I can't sleep and don't know what to eat, but I am free now. I hope there is a God who can help us all and free us from this evil spell.

  • They are not pleasant sights. The blood is moral: the blood is anti-cruelty: it runs cold in the veins: the stomach rises with disgust, and curses cruelty. Well, so it happened; a good man or woman once in a while saw these injuries, and had the indiscretion to tell of them. The horrid story ran and flew; the winds blew it all over the world. They who heard it, asked if it was true, or only lies, and were obliged to say, that it was too true.

  • Saw the movie before doing groceries. Couldn't even go into the meat department. Probably never will.

  • You are a legend mate. Spot on!!

  • I agree, he is an incredible person, I wish there were more like him and you for that matter.

  • Very intelligent of you, thank you very being a proper human being!

  • Dude you really have to SAY something, I got a minute into this and there is still nothing being said that has any meaning. Learn how to make a video. I guess you have a good message based on the viewer comments and I think they're giving you a pass on HORRIBLE production. Tighten it up and get to the point!!!

  • you have awakened! good for you man!

  • Wow! You are awesome! So, did you go vegan?

  • Earthlings changed my life - it was good for me to hear a similar reaction. Thank-you

  • You have changed so much since you made this video. You look younger now!

  • Like!

  • Islam is the solution .......::. Halal meat ..... Research halal meat or kosher

  • @Gaberm73 Wow, you really haven't watched Earthlings have you? Kosher and Halal is just a different breed of cruelty than "normal" slaughter.

  • @Gaberm73 fuck you...animal murderer you have thousands of reasons to kill animal....halal is ok?try it on yourself then say it is ok and dont feel pain..

  • @Gaberm73 Meat IS Murder. period.

  • If they do that to ANIMALS now , imagine when the world WILL ran out of animals and start this on real PEOPLE.... we are going to hell anyway , you know why? WE KILL ANIMALS , WE KILL THE CREATION OF GOD ... IN THE BIBLE IT IS SAID DO NOT KILL... but it isn't said specifically don't kill humans... DON'T KILL!

  • was that immortal technique at the start?

  • Don't be too hard on yourself. :(

As usual, it's the less than 10% of the population that screws us all over. Lies and profits are made. I don't believe that everyone and anyone could perform the acts shown in the film... Now lets ban together and fix this mess. :)

  • You didn't depress me, you made me feel better. It's good to hear someone care. Watched 30 mins of earthlings and now cant sleep. I'm vegan anyway why did I watch????

  • God bless your beautiful, caring soul. May I suggest that you google vegetarian society of Hawaii. They have several very powerful, informative lectures. They will help guide you in your magnificent convictions. Power to those who care and share the caring!!

  • we strive for a world where every earthling has the right to live and grow. you are an amazing person for changing and i really hope you were able to go through with your vegetarian diet and i somewhat undertand how people can be oblivious to this kind of stuff because ignorance is bliss i've always been vegetarian but after watching eathlings i had to become vegan kuz i was no longer blind i then knew exactly what was going on.

    goodluckk

  • beautiful thoughts.. we need to change our ways

  • Comment removed

  • We do the same with plant life. It's MASS production with little to no regard or reverence. To get this going in the right direction we have to make a stand. We have to stop locking heads and create a little space between ourselves and we need to create some space between us and the media. We have lost middle ground so EVERYTHING is in our face and ear holes. We have to stop all this in coming and become out going. May out out going be very loud prayers. We are consumers. We consume and populat

  • Perfectly said. I wish we could do something more. I wish the worlds powers would get envolved or something and put a stop to this.

  • was that the immortal technique song i heard in the beginning?

  • I love this video. You are so right!

  • @wordlyfe me too!!

  • I agree to everything u say.

  • Nice leather seats

  • this is great!!!! i saw this and a few other videos and thats all i needed to change!!!!!!good for u!!

  • You are in ma head and slowly getting into my heart, you passed the test. Verdict : Human

  • Im pretty sure I just fell in love with you a little bit. Lol. Everything was so well said. You expressed exactly how I felt after watching it. Its just so fucked up- the whole, big picture.. it needs to change, now.

  • Hey dude, I love your video!!! Just so right to the point!!! I posted earthlings on my facebook, and im posting your video with it!!!!:)

  • Siiiiigh. These are my exact thoughts on humankind. Word for word. Except for the meat-eating part... humans are omnivores so it's natural for us to eat meat. Our problem is that we don't eat it in a natural way anymore. The big ugly corporations kill and process mass amounts of these animals for us to buy... the left overs or 'unsuitable' parts of the animal get discarded. And the meat we get is full of shit like preservatives anyway!

And it sucks even more because it will never stop. Ever.

  • I wish you well on your vegan lifestyle it's not easy but you will have a clear conscious. Oh and you will be healthier too.

  • This movie made me almost suicidal. I have been vegetarian for years and now vegan and it just breaks my heart to see that humans can do this. The sooner we're wiped off the planet the better for this earth. Bring on Climate Change. We don't deserve to be here.

  • @neuropamail Yes, earthlings was quite intense. Do not lose hope. Be the change you want to be in the world. Veganism/Vegetarianism rules. Check out my videos /watch?v=WWMnscY04AY

  • Problem is not humans eating meat... problem is that humans are less and less living natural life and are more and more only about money, profit, greed and unnaturally comfort life. ALL ANIMALS HUNT FOR FOOD... ONLY HUMANS DON'T.

What people do is so sickenning! For years now I shy away from humans more and more because I know already how shit people are, and this only made my dislike people even more... but what goes around... will come back to bite us on the ass, and that will be soon...

  • i just watched earthling...im still shivering. I am already a vegetarian...but this made me want to go vegan even more...i am just so shocked but human do to animals without thinking about it...sometimes people disgust me. I just feel so bad right now...everybody needs to see this! i think a lot of people dont know about this shit :((

  • I recently went vegetarian, I told a few of my friends about this and they were horrified, asking why i couldn't understand that we are at the top of the food chain and that what we're doing is morally ok. I feel ashamed to call myself a human being at this point

  • @myrull7 Well I think it would be better for them to die out totally than keep them being born to die in torture an pain like they are now.

If less people eat meat then then maybe we can move past this mass manufacturing of animals. Small farms selling occasional meat and animal products. Clean and non cruel killing of those animals. That have been able to live good lives while alive. Right now it's all about money though... =(

  • After watching that film, i couldnt help but think wow...that was shocking and grotesque. The other thing i was thinking was wow...how many people are going to not actually think about this and digest everything said as is. Please take time to properly analyze this film for what it is; its a well intentioned group getting results by showing people shocking images(some appropriate or relevant to their point, some not). I wouldve also liked them to include showing clean meat producing facilities

  • Sir, I'd like to shake your hand. I always smile when I think of how the world is going to fall to bits and pieces and I will be squatting in a forest somewhere wiping myself with $20 bill and laughing on how I wasted time earning it. I dig what your saying, I agreed with about 85% of the earthlings movie whole heartedly. While not self righteous, for the last 8 years I've been vegetarian and have done ok ( donuts are meat free :) but in the last two days Ive gone vegan. Not looking back :)

  • I loved your comment....I totally agree with what you are saying.

  • Thax for your review! You're right!

  • Sooooooo true, everything you say! Thanks for voicing what is in my mind, thank you, thank you, thank you! And heres me hoping you are a vegan by now!

  • @PylesM11 Good for you. If you are worried about the cheeseburger have a look at Redwood foods who do fake cheese and burgers (I dont have shares in them, Lol). Good luck x

  • I liked what you said, great video

  • good stuff

  • Welcome to the system bustin path mate!! We arent meant to live/conduct ourselves like as we do in this insane society that we live in mate. This mad society has to go, bring it down. We're meant to live in small communities of no more that 1500 people amd producing our own food. Read the Ringing Cedars of Russia and discover how we are mean to conduct relationships with animals.

  • Part 2: If you cut down on meat since making this vid... just wanted to say, baby steps win the race. Not everyone can make such a sudden leap. Peace!

  • Part 1: I watched Earthlings last week and... everything you said in this vid is pretty much every emotion I felt after going through the whole thing (which by the way I did in one sitting (pat on back) though it wasn't easy at all) I've been on and off a vegetarian diet since... I was 18 (I'm 24 now) In the past few months I went pescetarian (only eating fish) but now I'm definitely on an Ovo-vegetarian diet... slowly but surely, I'll get to pure veganism.

  • o_0 , this is everyone`s repons to seeing this crap they`re always digraced and angry and sad, and i have come to the conclusion that the world needs more peopel like my parents. No i don`t mean that i`m a wonderful person, but i am a person who has watched this type of fotage since she was about five, because her parents wanted her to understand the world. i remeber that i`d run out of the room periodically cuz i was so disgusted

  • I love you!!! lol I love everything you said here serioulsy haha I am on my road to veganism and I agree with EVERYTHING here. the roadkill, the environment, everything. Have you stayed vegan???

  • Brother this was one inspiring video. I thank you so much for putting this out here. I must ask, have/are you made/making the conversion. Once you get into it, you find it to be much easier than you think it would be before.

  • I think my favorite quote is, "What's popular is not always right, and what's right is not always popular." People need to understand what's going on here. Please keep getting the word out.

  • i think he made the connection..........:) good on you!

  • No demand no supply. We have the power. Stand firm. Earthings had the same profound effect on me... AND I AM GLAD. Be the change that you want to see in the world. Nice vid bro

  • Failing as a specias: I agree. I'm also the type of person that wishes things just weren't the way they were but have no clue how to change it! Sometimes I just want to buy a truckload of tools, go into the forest, build a treehouse, say 'fuck it' and disassociate with every fucking human. How can we be such monsters and pretend like we aren't.

  • @yours12342 You don't know how many times I have felt like this my self.... So very true,

  • YOU are a godsend which all humanity can think like you...thank you for restoring faith xx

  • I agree with everything said here.

  • Amen, brother.

  • GOOD ON YOU!!! YOU CAN WATCH THIS FILM ONLINE FOR FREE "A Delicate Balance-the truth" It is similar to "Forks over Knives". Just google it!!! It'll SAVE YOUR LIFE AND THE PLANET!!!!!

  • I agree with everything in this video. Another great film to see on this subject but which looks at it from more of a human health angle is Forks Over Knives. Check it out!

  • Heads off to u...... i recently turned into vegetarian, its really a shaking moments in my life. om mani padme hun.

  • Heads off to u...... i recently turned into vegetarian, its really a shaking moments in my life. om mani padem hun.

  • @true101story hey your video is great i am vegan and i can say it isnt hard as you thinking

you are very intelligent and have a good heart. my respect to you.

  • Thank you for trying to get these thoughts out there to other people. I'm glad you're being so truthful and openminded and I agree wholeheartedly.

  • I'm all for eating meat but there's a right way and a wrong way to go about it. Blow torching a live pig???!!! That's just fucking SICK! Yes, eat meat, but treat the animals you eat with kindness and some fucking RESPECT!

  • @RAIDERS58th You have the right idea.. but how can you truly respect an animal that you kill and then eat?

It's really hard to regulate where you meat comes from and even if it IS from a "reliable source" will you still feel okay with killing an innocent pig? I am confused..

  • @carogreyify I think respect was the wrong word. I should have said empathy or regard. I don't believe one can naturally have respect for an animal. I've no problem with killing and eating animals. I've raised, killed and eaten my own animals. However, in all that time, I've never had the urge to torture any of my animals with a blow torch before eating them. WTF!!!!!!! One doesn't have to be a vegan to be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. And that sadistic act was WRONG!

  • I care. <3

    Thank you.

  • EARTHLINGS is just like all of the anti smoking ads.... People may think that smoking is horrible but not only do enough smokers continue to smoke. There are droves of newer smokers coming out of the wood work. People are even willing to pay the higher cost due to higher sin taxes.

People may give up meat for awhile but they'll be back.

People just like to eat meat. If you read the posts. People have to try and give up eating meat and dairy. Its not something that they really want to do.

  • Are you still doing the veggie thing? I have been vegan for 2 weeks and feel so much better. Is hard to start but cant go back after what i've seen.

  • hey guys , I'm Donia from Egypt , and i'have been watching Earthling this morning.. i really feel so sick and sad . and I decided to become a vegan .. the problem is : here in Egypt i've never met anyone that really cares about animals rights ,its all about pets, and they even don't care about them ! there is nothing called vegan food .. we don't even have soya milk in our markets ..but i'll do my very best

j'd like to ask you, what can i feed my friends (nine cats)???

  • @DoniaNasser Your cats are NOT vegans their mainly carnivorous though they do eat plants every once in awhile.

Being a vegan is simply a luxury that you may not be able to partake in in Egypt.

The people whp are vegans have forgotten that it is a luxury and think that everyone must be a vegan like themselves.

Dont beat yourself up because you cant be a vegan. Dont starve yourself so some hippy in some Western nation can feel good about themself.

You have more pressing problems to think of.

  • @DoniaNasser There are some vegan feeds for animals like Ami, but I guess you won't get them in Egypt. I think you shouldn't try to make your pets vegan, cos it might end up badly for them...it doesn't have to, but usually cats need meat, they are hunters. Just focus on yourself and stay vegan :)

  • @DoniaNasser search on youtube: Ami Vegan Dog and Cat Food ht tp : //w w w dot youtube dot com/watch?v=EXh9oHtiBfI&feature=related

  • @DoniaNasser Sorry to hear it's difficult to be vegan where you are. But there are a lot of recipes to make your own vegan versions of things. You can use a search engine to make your own vegan milk, bread, mayonnaise, etc. Just make sure you eat enough greens, vegetables, nuts, and beans and you should be good ^ ^ Best of luck to you!

  • @DoniaNasser sorry to hear that... maybe try to combine new stuff and to your own recepies...i know its possible to feed animals with vegan food. Maybe with vegetables or rice?

  • @DoniaNasser you must feed your cats meat. Nothing but meat. Good meat. Cats eat meat. Humans can eat lots of things. Cats will sicken and die without meat.

  • @DoniaNasser You don't need soya products. Eat a traditional Egyptian diet, minus any animal products; lots of grains, fruits and vegetables. Starches for calories, fruits and veggies for vitamins and minerals. The only thing you need to supplement is B12.

  • People act like going vegan is so hard... it's not hard at all. I did it overnight 12 years ago and never looked back. I'm healthier now than I've ever been, thanks to a whole foods plant based diet.

  • @1imesub mabye but its hard for me becuse of chese

  • @darkhero4040 I bet if you knew how bad it was for you you'd never eat it again. Check out "The Perils of Dairy" by John McDougall MD on youtube if interested.

  • loved this response man very very true! i subscribed man

  • Buddy, you speak the truth. Thanks for posting this. I've been an animal lover my whole life but i never knew all the nasty shit that goes on. After watching Earthlings, I too am going to head down that dark rabbit hole and into veganism. As you said, it's going to be hard but after seeing what i saw, how can support this nasty industry? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

  • @1baumer Fuckin' eh man! I too watched Earthlings 2 days ago - cleaned my fridge of all meat half way through the video. I too am going down he road to veggieville! It's going to be very hard as I belive that I am physically addicted to maple bacon! I'm Canadian BTW... ;-)

  • @MrStoneClark I too have cleaned out my fridge....To make room for all of the Memorial Day BBQ cutlets.

Sorry .... had to. ... It was too easy.

I view this video like most guys view those videos that they see in school about STDs. Its easy to stick to the plan until some hot woman walks by and wants to get it on. Then suddenly everything you learned in the video goes...POOOF!

  • also going back to your earlier comment about my unfair advantage with a bow, have you ever seen a deer move, the way they hear you when you're not making a noise, the way they sense that you are there. i'd say i was at a disadvantage not any animal that i hunt. Animals have vastly more developed senses than humans. Unfair is being dragged around with a ring through your nose or beaten with batons to make you move or turned upside down so you can't move then your throat slit. thats unfair.

  • @luvu2luvme Im sure the deer would think it was more "fair" if you tried to hunt him au natural. But we know that you couldnt catch him that way. So you use your brains to use tools to even the odds. A hunter who uses a gun just increases his odds by being able to hit him at a greater range with greater accuracy.

Man developed farming so they wouldnt have to hunt for animals they could just pick them out of the crowd.

Im pretty sure no animal would think it was fair that they are eaten.

  • @chubbypekingnese once again you are missing the point, yes farming makes it easier, the questionable action is how these animals are treated while being farmed,

even with a bow ,the animals still has the advantage. thousands/millions of years of evolution has seen to that.

  • @luvu2luvme Your arguement about how the animals are treated in slaughterhouses and how you slaughter an animal comes down to semantics. Both animals meet the same end. The difference is that the animal you kill isnt neccessarily destined to be killed and eaten by people but the animals in farms are bread to be slaughterd. They are even genetically altered animals that arent designed to live a long life. They are genetically designed to grow quickly to reduce the time it takes to be slaughtered

  • @chubbypekingnese The biggest difference, at least to me, is how the animal lived. I would rather hunt an animal that has had a chance at survival and had lived a full life, than eat something that had been in pain and terrible conditions. That is why I do hunt. Sure, farm animals were bred for this, but that is no excuse to be treated like shit.

  • @Zirumi You started your statement with a qualifying remark. We all have those qualifying remarks to justify why we do the things we do.

Some people see your hunting, killing, and eating an animal as evil. You justify why you should be able to kill an animal that some people believe has just as much "right" to live as you do.

Im not one of those people. Im aware that some animals are food for other animals.

I dont live with guilt because I chose to eat another animal.

  • @chubbypekingnese Yeah and you know what? I'm beginning to move towards being vegan, because I came to the realization that eating only what I kill is not good enough. When life is turned into a commodity, it opens up the way for it to be abused, and I hate that about society. It bothers me that people are all right with it because they think that's just the way things are. It doesn't have to be. Meat also is not as good for people as they think. I would say more if I could

  • @Zirumi Your 'beginning to move toward being a vegan'?

You are or your not. I dont really think you are or even trying to be a vagan. I think that you just realized that your arguement didnt hold water.

Being a hunter means that you are just like the guy in the slaughterhouse. You just made it a sport.

Your not going to be a vegan. You like meat so much that you would go out and kill for it.

Most meat eaters dont really think about what they eat but you know it and still like it.

  • @chubbypekingnese I don't need to prove anything to you, so don't assume you know my reasoning for the things I do. But being a vegan and a meat eater are night and day. Going cold turkey on meat would ensure my failure, so easing into it by eliminating certain foods at a time is a much better route to go. Making crazy and hasty remarks like that make you out to be an asshole. I've already cut out milk, red meat, and pork.

  • @Zirumi Good luck with your dietary choice.

  • @chubbypekingnese Dude going out and hunting and killing your own meat, using all the flesh innards and skin in a way that honor's the animals life, if you could stomach it is WAY better than farming. There is nothing wrong with liking meat, it is part of human evolution but it is the mass produced process of meat that is fucked, canceling meat and dairy from your diet doesn't necessitate hating it, it just means you care enough to abhor the torture these animals go through.

  • @pizzacat8 The reason we have the profession of butchers is because not everyone wanted to butcher their own meat. Just like not everyone is a carpenter or an auto mechanic.

Im sorry we cant all go back to the days when there were fewer people and we all had to have many skills and had to build our own homes and hunt and grow our own food. Those days are behind us.

Im sure you didnt build everything in your home from scratch and you didnt harvest or hunt everything you eat.

  • @chubbypekingnese once again you are missing the point, yes farming makes it easier, the questionable action is how these animals are treated while being farmedns subsequently slaughtered,

even with a bow ,the animals still has the advantage. thousands/millions of years of evolution has seen to that.

  • @luvu2luvme Im not missing any point. Farmiing was developed to remove any advantage the animal had in the wild. It beats the s**t out of having to go out and find the food when you can just go out to the pin and pick out the ones you want to eat.

I get it. No animal would volunteer to be in the position their in, but they dont get the vote.

The animals we farm today are nothing like their wild counterparts. They are bred for the purpose of being consumed by us.

    You dont have to partake.

  • @luvu2luvme Would you rather people give up farming and start getting their meat source from the animals in the wild?

If you dont want to eat meat that would be your choice. I enjoy cooking with different types of meat and that is my choice.

Your goal of having people convert to your diet is an unrealistic dream. There are too many people who just like to eat meat.

  • @luvu2luvme I think someone tried to hide your comment as SPAM because you said you arent against killing animals for food and you arent against farming.... Your path to the dark side is now complete...HO-O HA, HO-O HA.

  • I want to sound like tree huggin hippy...its devolution happening fast.

  • @true101story, Thanks for sharing

  • wake up now :)

  • EARTHLINGS is just a propaganda piece that fails to show people who serve animals or other people. If a visitor came to this planet would this be the video you would want to present as a defense of MANKIND.

I watched news footage of people entering a frozen stream to save a deer. People putting their lives in jeopardy to assist an animal, just beacause.

NO ANIMAL wants to be eaten by another animal but it happens.

And if this guy doesnt like money. get off the grid. give it all up EVERYTHING

  • just STOP EATING ANIMALS !! Its very simple, just stop !

  • @Bopplise Not so simple. Meat is SO good!!!

  • so I noticed this video was in 09,are you still vegan?

  • Are you vegetarian now?

  • I can't wait till our species is DEAD cant fucking wait

  • @TheSandman628 You go first. Get someone to post your suicide on the web.

  • @chubbypekingnese No. You first

  • @TheSandman628 I believe you are the one who cant wait until our species is dead. I am content with our status on this planet. You are the one with the problem. But like everybody else, you want others to make the hard commitments instead of doing it yourself.

  • @chubbypekingnese When I typed " I can't wait till our species is DEAD cant fucking wait" this was a emotional response in my own head about RELIGION. I could care less about eating other animals because that how evolution works life feeds off life...so be it. But, religion does a lot of damage to our own species which is not needed and is going to trump our survival as a whole, which is what we should be worrying about survival of our species and not these irrational beliefs. I am on your team

  • you are so right when you said: "This planet is not just ours." Thank you for saying that. I wish for people to see the meaning to that.

  • i couldn't agree with you more. i have a vegetarian for 4 yrs and mar 9, 2011 i am going vegan. but what is more appalling to me is the apathetic attitude of human beings. they just don't care. that is what is wrong in this world. people don't care about anything but satisfying themselves. what we do to animals both wild and tamed is unforgivable. they haven't a voice they haven't a choice. and this is how we relate to human beings. this is why the world is in the state that it is.

  • @savingthem u lose a lot of weight being a vegan?

  • @TheSandman628 yes, you do lose weight in the beginning just from the dramatic loss of calories from meat, dairy, junk food, etc. and i eat very well.

  • good for you, I am proud that some of my fellow humans have empathy and compassion for the earth's wonderful creatures. God bless you! stop the killing, stop the brutality and pray for peace.

  • You would hold more credibility if you stopping dropping so many f-bombs. I stopped listening after the 3rd one...

  • It is totally possible to eat delicious food without eating meat or dairy! Check out the kind diet by alicia silverstone or some other vegan recipes.

  • Thank you, your response is very accurate and it is the truth. People still refuse to watch it because it "will upset them" yet think nothing of the food on their plates or the clothes on their back. They refuse to look at what they contribute to because it is simply easier, but it's only easier for them, not the things that are suffering.

Thank you for becoming a voice for the voiceless and making the simple choice to change for the ones that have no choice.

Vegan for life - for ALL life.

  • @Chastrie VEGAN FOR LIFE! God bless you!

  • @crabfishlion I'm getting a "Vegan" tattoo tomorrow so when I come up against people that refuse to look at what we do I can always remind myself why I will never stay silent.

    Bless you too :)

  • @Chastrie Your going to BRAND yourself? Interesting.

  • @chubbypekingnese BRAND myself? Don't get the emphasis on that but no, I don't consider it branding, I've been a vegan most of my life and will never change that. Btw, Earthlings is propaganda? Go to a slaughterhouse and make that statement.

  • @Chastrie Ive been to a slaughterhouse. Once as a small child, my Dad took me there to see where my food came from. as an adult, I took my neice and nephews so they could see where there meat came from.

It isnt a job that Id want but someone has to do it.

Im all for your decision to not partake but thats because I have tolerance for the beliefs of others. As long as you arent harming anyone or forcing them to follow your belief system. Have at it.

  • @chubbypekingnese What choices do the animals get?

  • @Chastrie No animal wants to be the food of another animal. You dont see zebras lining up to be the meal or their predators. They just are. Thats there place in life. You dont fault a dolphin for killing fish do you? Do you look down on the choice of chimps that hunt monkeys? Im not sayong that livestock wouldnt chose another life but as their predator they dont get that choice or a vote in the matter.

Yiu on the other hnd canchose not to eat meat and I respect your choice.

  • @chubbypekingnese Yes but we're not animals. In a developed country we don't do it for our survival..we do it for the taste. There's a huge difference. We are conscious of pain and of the pain we inflict. We are all responsible for what animals suffer so we can eat them or wear them. As far as things "place in life"..animals are not simply there to withstand our abuse because we feel somehow entitled.

  • @Chastrie We are animals. People may like to think we're not but we are. Our DNA structure is not that dissimilar to the chimp. They got fangs we got the brains. A chimp is conscious of pain and the pain they inflict on one another. They just dont care if they inflict that pain on others. If you watch a chimp hunt monkeys. They dont kill the monkey before they start to chow down.

You would not enjoy the life you have if it werent for the meat eaters. Being a vegan is a luxery.

  • @chubbypekingnese So...clear this up for me, why are you commenting on this video? To defend brutality against animals or to justify your part in it? Using the animal causes pain analogy is just tired, stop justifying what humans do like it's acceptable. It's not, there is no way to justify torture. And as for luxury, call it what you will but saying "I respect you enough not to eat you" is pretty much the bare minimum of human decency, not a luxury.

  • @Chastrie Well Im glad you respect me enough not to eat me. but I didnt think cannibalism was the issue.

You can take footage of the most egregious behaviors of people in any field to make the point of why that particular act is bad.

EARTHLINGS is simply another movie that wants you to feel guilty for being you.

I just watched, on the news, how people rescued a dog that had been washed out to sea for 3 weeks. They didnt eat him or taunt him.

I cant buy your stages of your TRUTH.

  • @chubbypekingnese It's a waste of time responding to you as your main goal is to childishly mock. Enjoy justifying the torture..aslong as it's not anyone or anything you love.

  • @Chastrie My main goal is to let you see that your dietary choice is just that. Dont defend it like its a religion and then turn around and criticise those who attack people because they prescribe to a different faith.

I dont mind your dietary choice for what ever reason you make it. Just dont turn around and tell others that their choices make them somehow less than you because you think you are some how hollier than the rest of the WORLD.

You put your ideas out there. People will comment.

  • @chubbypekingnese You tell yourself whatever you have to to justify the rape and torture of things that have no choice in the matter.

  • @Chastrie RAPE? I dont know how you prepare your food.....

    What video were you watching?

No wait I really dont want to know.

  • @chubbypekingnese Look at how your food is prepared, check out any video on dairy farming. They inseminate cows with big metal instruments. It's rape like any other form of the word.

  • @Chastrie If you can get a cow to testify to the fact that they are being "raped" I'll go along with that. Oh wait, a cow cant press for charges of rape because no laws define artificial insemination of animals as rape.Oh well, I guess we still wont agree.

Do you really hate everybody who eats meat?

Im pretty sure you have friends who eat meat and you get along just fine.

Stop making the issue so black and whte. I dont know anyone who eats meat because they dispise the animals they eat.
