Ok this worked but you forgot to add one thing to make the people show up. (they where just killing me and i could not see them) you have to take the mod folder and put it in side the mod folder in the minecaft.jar .. Open the mod folder, and put the mod folder that has the skins for everything in there.. and it will work.. Thanks for this post tho, i been trying all day to get the mod added and now it works!

@lpslostagain no u dont need that just overwrite the existing mod folder. thats what he does around 4:22. it'll put the stuff in there.

@XenophMCtwo i downloaded it when i first saw this video. I can open the .jar archive when im in the 7zip but then i cant move the files, but when i go to regular files (not using 7zip program) it doesnt even give me an option involving 7zip at all.

i have a minecraft jar file but not a minecraft.jar file and i cant open anything into archives. and when i try to open it in java SE binary it says corrupt, and i risked my other mod the More creatures and deleted everything minecraft to reinstall it all over and its the same problem,

@TheCalmPsycho Try using the newest 7-zip, it probably is that your archiver is outdated.

For anyone who has the

it seems that that leftover "modpieces" wreaked havoc. You can have this problem if you experiment with a number of mods before; use a clean Minecraft version to install & run the mod.

Black Screens are usually caused by Mod incompatibility issues; this is a large mod, contact the creator for details on what mods you are using with it and/or describe the circumstances.

And again, please read the Readme and follow everything described in the specific Forum Threads and/or here.
