"Greens per gram have more protein than any animal meat"??? Can you please back this up with examples. Most meat is approximately 25% protein. I did a quick search on the USDA database and found.
In this video you say that green vegetables have more protein than meat and base this on the fact that large "powerful" mammals are herbivorous but I think this information is wrong. After watching this video I did a Google search and only found information to the contrary - can you please elaborate what you mean or whether this was just a mistake?
@AncientPidgeon no it's the truth. Obviously, everyone has their biases but greens DO have more protein/serving than meat. You just need to eat enough of it to meet your protein requirements.
veery helpful! im an athlete (female), senior in high school as well and i'm also trying to be more aware of what i eat and my overall health. Thanks!
What are you thoughts on soy? I have subsituted soy flour for wheat and it seems to not agree with me. (at least I think thats what it is) Thanks so much! YOu are AweSome!!!
@fitchickangie Soy is the most acid forming vegetable there is, almost as high as meat. the only way to make soy, or rather soybeans non acidic is by sprouting soybeans. Something happens to soybeans during this process that makes it non acid/ mucus forming.

@fitchickangie I don't recommend soy. It's goitrogenic and a strong source of estrogens. Rice or almond milk is better.
