  • Alright..wait until the hottest day of the year and open the sunroof and heavily armoral the gaskets and let it sit in the sun. That night close it as tight as you can and never open it again and it might not leak. Worth a try at least.

  • how much u give for that?

  • soooo bad, i want one like that

  • Well first I would like to say. With all my respect you are very beautiful and if thats all your bf got you for your bday he sucks add me on facebook hun carlos_1247@yahoo.com

  • I have a 84 Buick Regal T-Type. But it doesn't have the 84's "hot air" turbo V-6. It has the 87 GN version. They are a blast to drive.

  • Iv got an 87 Regal Limited T Top..you dont by chance have the regal and buck emblems for the side?

  • U fine baby girl

  • What would a car like this get in mpg?

  • damn u fine

  • i have an 85 buick somerset regal that looks just like this but is red and has more damage, we are trying to get to run better, right now it wont go over 30 mph, and living in mn it needs to go faster than that haha. was yours a somerset regal or just a regular regal?

  • @itsaredneckthang23 Mine was actually a Regal Limited. Wish it would've been the T-Type though. :( Keep workin' on yours! You'll regret it if you don't! :)

  • would this make a good project car???

  • @mrkittycat110 Probably. And considering it was technically running when I left it... I'm sure it wouldn't have been too hard to fix... but I think she was just cold blooded all the way around. :/

  • same color as mine, I put a 4 speed tranny in place of the 3 spd. and took out the 307 olds inplace of it a 350 Buick

  • Nice Limited, check out mine, Buick's are the best!

  • i wont just get u parts for youre car i will buy u a car sexy dam u look good

  • Dammit it was a t top regal it could've been saved!

  • I could've turned this beast into a monster ='[

  • @phatmic6922 Lol I wish you would've. As long as you didn't put giant rims on it lol.

  • @Sexyracer89 No >_< never lol. I have nothing against giant rims, but they just look so dumb on certain cars. But I have a spare pair of MODA Rims (MD1) that I would've squeezed into this beauty.

  • Nice video, To bad you do not have her anymore. Save you money and find a true turbo regal. Easy way to tell is 78-83 turbo buicks have 3 as the 8th digit in vin#. 1984-1985 have 9 & 1986-1987 have a 7 in the vin# Good luck on finding another good buick.

  • nice

  • Do u still own? Do u want to sell it

  • @apates0420 Unfortunately, no. :( I put her in the ditch last Christmas Eve and the heat stopped working... heat's kind of necessary in MN. Haha. So that kind of put me on a fast track to get whatever new car I could find and ended up trading her in for $200. She was worth so much more. Miss her everyday.

  • I got the same model. nice

  • @brians09challenger nah nice challenger though

  • not to mention i bought one in the same condition and the rear frame-stabalizer was all rusted out rear clip gone that car is a money pit its cheaper to sale it to a teenager save your money and find one in a barn or all re-done

  • that car is now pure junk

  • @jgcane It's in a lot better shape than other cars of that year or newer, plus, she still runs, I see her around town all the time. You see a pile of junk, I see a classic car that just needs some TLC.

  • @Sexyracer89 yeah thats were your wrong. it has bad rust, leaks, windows work half ass, paint is in bad shape, and i am sure there is over 100k on the engine. Yeah its great it still works, yeah its a nice make, but it could be in much better shape

  • @jgcane Uh, I'm aware of that, not like I'm denying it, but you need to have a lot more respect for cars if you are calling it junk...

  • @Sexyracer89 but it is junk

  • @jgcane Just leave.

  • Damn I hate to see a great car like this look that bad im sure you werent the one that did the damage but damn its fucked up. I had a 1988 Cutlass thats very similar to this car but mine was clean inside and out I was lucky to buy it of an old couple who only used it to go to church grocery store and dr appts stuff like that. They always kept it garaged and maintained it only had 58,000 original miles. Loved that car until some jerks stole and destroyed it few years later.

  • @ThaTopDogg13 Yeah, definitely wasn't me. All the rust, the holes, the leaks, came with the car, about the only thing I did, was put her in the ditch in the winter making the heat stop working lol.

  • the body is no good no more cuz were the rust is the parts are hard to find just sell it to a homie to hook it up as a lowlow

  • i luv 1987 buick regal's,that car is unique,i own 1 myself and is basically same shape as your's,don't let it die...mines is coming back 2 life in 7 months.and i will make a video n post it on you tube as soon the car is done........

  • get door trim seal and take the sun roof assembly off and replace it making sure to over cut by 8th inch then seal ends with gorilla glue works great. (redneck repair lasts for years has been proven)

  • going to get one of my on in far worst shape will post vi's some time this summer.

  • man ur car is all fucked up!!! sell it 4 parts man

  • @1985buickregal Actually it was in pretty good shape for the year. Obviously the previous owner didn't treat it like a collector or anything but it runs and the rust isn't nearly as bad as some cars from that year. She'll run for a while still... oh and I'm a woman. ;)

  • sorry you had to let her go, I absolutely Love Buick Regals'! They are so dam sexy. I would've paid more for her, she deserves it, Love the WALL-E on the dash too, I keep a black and white furby with me.

  • @elw619 I know right? Makes me sad that that's all they gave me for it. Good news is the new owner keeps getting parking tickets (since the title hasn't been transferred over we're getting the letters in the mail) and if he continues to not pay them they will tow the car... and I find it hard to believe he would or could pay to get it out of impound... if that happens I could buy it back at a police auction! :)

  • i would like to help alot

  • did you ever get the bomshel stomp..i am trying to find that one

  • WHOA.....Sorry I haven't been on your page for awhile, but are you really selling her??

  • Yup. She's actually gone now. Kinda sad. :( I miss her already. She started takin' a dump on me. I put her in the ditch on christmas eve and the heat stopped working... kinda necessary in MN. Sooo I started car shopping and ended up trading her in for only $200. Really made me sad cuz I know I could have gotten more for her and I just hope she doesn't get parted out or demoed. :(

  • I hate to see a good Buick go, but you did the right thing. There's no point in dumping thousands of dollars into a car that you need to depend on for everyday use. Sometimes you just have to let go of whatever is holding you down. I learned that lesson the hard way!

Unfortunately, she is probably going straight to the boneyard, but there will always be other Regals in the future...maybe even a Grand National? :)

  • Well you made me feel a little better about it. But the sad thing is... I'd almost rather see her get parted out than what really happened. The dick at the car lot said he would only give me 200 for it because he was going to send it off to some guy in rice who just wanted running cars.... found her on Craigslist yesterday listed for $1700.... Bullshit. And their description of her is bullshit. "great engine and trans, good running car" yeah, that buyer better beware.

  • lol, that's crazy. What kind of car did you end up getting?

  • 2000 Grand Am. Not the one I wanted, but she's in really nice shape for the high miles, and it was fairly cheap. Sooo it works for me for now. :) I'm not too picky.

  • That's cool...I used to have a couple Grand Ams, they were pretty reliable cars. One was a 92 and the other a 98 GT coupe. I ended up backing that one into a concrete wall :(

  • I'm sorry to hear about your Regal. But hey, Grand Ams are great cars! :)

That generation of the Grand Am is also the same as the Olds Alero

  • lol yeah, I hear ya there..but I can't see you having too much trouble getting a grand out of that Regal given the frame and floor are decent tho. However you're right about it being a classic in drivable condition so someone who knows these cars is bound to come around and take er off your hands..these cars are getting pretty scarce these days

  • Ah yeah, thats not too bad and I wish I was closer cause I'd jump on that in a second lol

  • Thanks! :D that's good to hear! No one else thinks I can get that much for it... but it makes me sad to go on Cragislist and see all the beat up 60's cars that don't even have engines or tranny's that are goin for like 5 grand lol.

  • Oh yeah? what would you want for it? just out of curiosity lol...I know the feeling tho as I've been in the same boat myself too many times to count now haha

  • If I were to sell it and not trade it in I would say $1000. Just because I know there's people in the area that would pay it. To be honest I would have asked for more if all the shit hadn't gone wrong with it. :/ Even though she's a little beat up, it's still a collector that actually runs lol.

  • LOL yeah, that would definitely make sense for sure! However, I agree with most here about the bodywork issue, it really isn't that bad all (just as long as you catch it before it all eats through) lol..The weather stripping on your sunroof isn't actually that hard to find if you check a few G-Body websites around you'll probably be able to pick up the stripping for a decent price!

  • Yeah I wish I had the time and money to put into her but she's goin' up for sale soon. Too much shit is going wrong with it... the heater isn't working right and I live in MN, kinda a necessity lol.

  • Nice lookin' Regal but...loose the bug deflector lmao! Keep it up tho! Really nice lookin car

  • Haha yeah I know that thing looks pretty gheto huh? Thing about the bug deflector is it is basically rusted into the grill ANNND it really helps for a short gal like me to see the front end of my car. :)

  • the motor would sound sweeter if u put a grandnational motor in it

  • gn motor is like modded regal motor almost

  • the sunroof is tight , great video .i have a 1984 buick regal limited edition .i had to put a motor in the regal cause i overheated the motor. i have a video on here check it out

  • Yeah thanks, it would be even more tight if it actually shut tight. lol. Yeah I'll have to check our your vid! Thanks for the comment!

  • On the sunroof, I'm guessing that's a homemade job? It could just be the drain channel is clogged up. Also try checking the seal for any cracks. The rearview mirror can be fixed with a special glue you can get from the auto parts store (usually sold in repair kits.) Model glue might also work just make sure you clean the area completely off with alcohol before you glue it back on.

  • I'm not sure when or how the sunroof was put in, I bought it with it already in. And I honestly have no idea what the drain channel is or where it's located... The rear view mirror fell down like as soon as I got the car, I put it back up at one point, and it stayed up for a while, but then fell down again, and I haven't been able to keep one up since. :/

  • The rust isn't really that bad...that bumper you can just replace and the spot on the door is nothing, a little filler will take care of that. As for the 1/4 panel behind the wheel, your gonna be better off cutting that out and having new sheetmetal welded in. You might be able to find online a small pre-made patch panel made specifically for that area behind the wheel.

  • hey not bad! happy b-day to ya! finally get to see this! its funny your rear bumper is bad but your fillers are great and i have the opposite problem lol! as for your sunroof is the seal the problem? (mine doesnt have sunroof) i think the stripes are cool too makes me wonder what mined look like, i have the same rear view mirro problem too. but your cars pretty sweet the rust behin the tire id go with new metal replacement wont be too hard. overall very nice!

  • Haha you have rear view mirror problems too??? haha I thought it was just me, that's hilarious.

  • @Sexyracer89 you wanna believe it the day i drove it back after i bought it, i was adjusting it with a light hand not power handling the thing and it came off in my hand! next one of my wheel caps go flying off to which my wife calls me and says from the other car " i think youre falling apart" LOL! im going to like autozone or something and just get another one, try using double sided stick tape it might work i lost my mirror already so ill just get like a chrome one let me know if that works

  • happy birthday......mines today

as for your rust issue buy some filler panels and some bondo to fix the big spots and bobdo to fill it all in
